What kinds of food does the NYC health code allow on the street?  What practices are prohibited?  What kinds of parameters cover airport/military/agricultural vehicles on the streets of New York?  Projections? Length? Turning radii?   How can these rules be taken to their ultimate illogical conclusions- and then represented in design…  What if the vehicle form influenced the food selection, preparation, and presentation…
